I noticed that there is an enquiry on my ITC report for the 17th Oct and I have two default payments on my profile for Homechoice. I have never opened an account at Homechoice nor did I consent to the ITC check. I tried to contact the service centre but due to the verification process the agent could not assist me (terrible service). I would like the profile and the enquiry removed from my ITC report.
