I would like to know what happened about the 35L urn that I took back for repairs, replacement or whatever would be done. I personally returned it to the Homechoice offices in Wynberg on 27/10/2012 and I have not heard about it since. I was told that after an assessment was made Homechoice would contact me. It is now 9 months later and Homechoice has still NOT YET contacted me in connection with this product. If I now make an enquiry no-one knows anything. This account has been paid up and I would like an answer please. How long does it take to make a decision. I now no longer want the urn as I have already purchased another. I would like someone to contact me as soon as possible
