So after waiting for 6 weeks to get our order (when delivery terms while confirming the order said 8 working days), we finally cancelled the order. Since last 4 weeks, we have been waiting for our refund which we havent received. everytime you call them, they give you some song and dance about terms and conditions, but what is interesting is that they themselves are flouting all terms and conditions! i am absolutely disgusted and appalled at this company . one look at their facebook page and you see 90% of the consumer comments are complaints! since chasing Our refund was supposed to be in the bank today and it has not been credited so far. Sarah from your call center has been spinning stories since morning that the refund will be in our account this afternoon (a again as all inter bank transfer take place early in the morning). Finally after 4th call to her, she says that a lot of refunds have been delayed and admin has not been able to tell them why! so since morning she has been lying on our face??? i will be serving you guys papers from small claims court and also lodging a formal complaint in western cape consumer forum! enuff of cheats!
