I went in to the tygervalley store to purchase a pair of squash shoes. I stood by the shoes for a good 10 min and not 1 staff member came to assist. At one point as I was trying on a pair, a lady walked past me but her face was buried in her cell-phone. She looked at me but just walked past. There were two other girls who were just sitting on some of the excercise machines carrying on a nice conversation. they also looked at me but did not bother to assist. I also required assistance to purchase some pants but again no help could be found. I went to the cashier & complained but was given a feeble excuse of being short staffed! I WAS THE ONLY CUROMER IN THE STORE AT THE TIME! Also when I enquired abt the pants, the lady came back & said no they dont have. No suggestion to call other stores etc. I had to ask "will you get more". I dont feel that I should ask for help. The staff should be ready and available to assist. I think overall the service in this entire group of stores is pathetic and and I will not waste my time shopping here. I will in future go to another store where the staff has gumption and wants to help.
