Went shopping at Mr price Vredenburg on Sunday. I was so shocked at the attitude of the lady working behind the counter - first I applied for a new card as my handbag was recently, not once did she greet me, when I asked her the SECOND TIME to check if the payment I made into my account was reflecting (as she did not check the first time I asked) she sighed heavily and checked - the payment did not reflect so I decided to pay cash - I went around doing my shopping when I came to pay the same lady helped me, when she carried on being unresposive/rude I whispered to my husband that this lady wont even smile, she then looked up at me and blatently said - for your information I am tired - I find this extremely unproffesional as it was 2 Oclock on a Sunday afternoon - Whether your tired or not client service should never be compromised!!
