I am a very angry mom. My mother bought a bakugan stationery set for my son for starting Grade R. It came with an eraser, 2 pencils, sharperner, a book and a pencil bag to keep it in. We had it for 1 day and the pencil case is peeling away. So took it back to the branch that we got it from and because it was a sale item it can not be returned that there policy. I do understand there policy but to see that there are not even willing to change it. They are saying that it is ok for them to sell damaged products and not care. Yes it is a risk to buy sale items but I go to the crazy store and pay the same and the quality is better. Is reggies saying that it is ok to sell products of bad quality and not care. I am not worried about the money my son is so disappointed and upset he can not use it for school that is my worry. I will not be buying from reggies again after this has happened
