False sense of comfort - ripping customers off!!!

This store is the worst for misrepresentation of pricing - and I have given them many chances before finally turning to social media - I have recently stayed away for almost 2 months in hopes that when I return this would be resolved! I have never been to the store where I haven't found a wrong price - and conveniently the right price isn't anywhere on the shelf either!!! So their policy of giving the goods to people for free is creating a false sense of comfort for customers who then believe they will handle their pricing properly! I bought a box of safari fruit stick's, where the shelf price was labelled "Fruit sticks assorted" and price was R21.99. This is a bargain I thought, so I took them - needless to say when I got to the till, the price was R31.99?!?!?!? That is almost 50% more!!! When I asked the cashier, I was told I would get it at the lower price as the barcode didn't match - however when I challenged her to show me the price with the correct bar code she couldn't! This isn't the 1st time! When I asked for a manager, the same woman who always "assists" - Sizakele Msibi - came out of the office. Needless to say she has a most arrogant approach to handling these issues!
