I purchased a dress on Saturday 29th June, the dress was meant to be for the Durban July the following weekend. The designer obviously sewed the garment right on the edge of the fabric, and 5 minutes after I put the dress on the entire back seam shredded, very embarrassing. I took the dress back to the Sandton store the following Monday, the Manager was really unhelpful, she said she would send it back to head office for quality check. it has now been 9 days and not even a phone call to respond to me. If I do not receive a FULL refund on the item by the end of this week I will go to the Consumer Commission.
