Yesterday late afternoon I purchased two Breastfeeding Bra's from Baby City (Woodmead) only to realise this morning that they were in fact Maternity Bra's. I went to Baby City (Benmore) to swop them for the correct ones. I asked to speak to the manager who took them out of the box and told me she could swop one but not the other cause it had a mark on it (bearing in mind it's a black bra) and it would therefore suggest the box was opened i.e. it was worn as these boxes do not seal. After a lot of arguing i eventually spoke to her manager in Durban. He was rude, didn't try and listen and stopped short of calling me a. He also told me that according to their policy they don't exchange underwear. Upon my question on why they then prepared to swop one he threatened to put the phone down on me. I went back to Woodmead, turns out there is no mark and they were happy to swop it for the correct ones.
The manager and her manager in Benmore Baby City does't care about customer service and I will not support them again.
Woodmead Baby City treats the customer with respect and like a human being.
