I have paid my account in full in the end of April en requested for the account to be closed! i have received a letter on the 21/05/13 that the account has been closed. On the 11/7/2013 i received a sms that my account is in arrears. I phoned them and could not get hold of Carmelle Barnes and a Zandile help me and told me she will close the account ans Iwill recieve a email stated that which i did not get. The 15/07/13.On 13/07/13 i received another sms the same story i respond and the told me it will be closed. On the 15/07/13 i received a sms say i am listed as a slow payer. Phoned them again 16/07/13 i am R22 in credit. Now i ask what now!!!
