I just wanted to commend Baby City for there excellent service.
My husband and I had gone to the Woodmead branch to buy a cot. Woodmead didnt have stock of the cot we wanted and sent us to Fourways after phoning to make sure they had what we wanted in stock. We were told to ask for the manager, when we got there he was in the front of the store, immediately came over to us. He was friendly, knowledgeable about his products and efficient. He personally took us to show us that he had the cot waiting for us, then took us around the store to choose a mattress and a changing mat. And we were in and out in less than 20 min with our purchase. It wasn't just him though. All the staff were great and very eager to help. I believe in giving credit where credit is due and we will definitely be back to the Fourways Baby City Branch.
