I bought a TV at Joshua Door in Newcastle I think it was 2006, the sales consultant said they are out of stock but they will give me the second hand TV that was on display and then they said they will send me the new one because the stock is on the way then we agreed. I was calling the store every 2 weeks to find out if they have recieved the stock the answer was its still on the way. 2007 June there was a burglary at the place where I was renting while I was in Dbn to visit my family, then when I came back I phoned the store to inform them of what had happened. They advised me to go to the police station and open the case and send them the case number and the Affidavit. I sent every thing and signed the claim form then after that they never came back to me, when I called they said I must call PMB offices, I did but didnot get help. then last year they sent the debt collector to me I told them to go to the store and ask for my file and read what was inside there they never came back the amount that I am now owing is plus or minus R1200 of which I went to the police station and wrote another affidavit stating that I will pay on the day I recieve what is due to me.
