In December I bought a tumble drier from Russells in Ermelo. Within 5 days of reiceiving the tumble drier, ireported it to them that it was faulty as it overheats not long after switching it on. We were told that it would be replaced once they receive their stock, since then we never heard from them again. 2 weeks ago I phoned them, and still they said they are waiting for stock to arrive! This is impossible! How long must I wait for the item to be replaced, once again I am paying for something that cannot be used!
