This is regards with a lounge suite I bought from Geen & Richards Boulders Shopping Centre. I went and complain that the lounge suite has a defect fault on the sides, two of the chair. This was last year September 2012. First I phone and complained nothing happened it was still under guarantee at the time. Then the sales consultant phones me saying the previous manager is no longer working for them I should come and report it to the new manager because she keeps reminding her but new manager ignores the problem and so I went. She also did absolutely nothing to assist me. I actually took photos of the lounge suit to show her but nothing came of it. Luckily I get regular curtsy calls from the African Bank call Centre and I complaint to them twice until a gentleman gave me a number I should call for such complains and that is exactly what I did and immediately there was a response people calling me from all directions.
Today I had a call from the supplier wanting to make arrangements to uplift the suite for repair. But no arrangements has been made for a loan set, so that they don't inconvenience the customer. I would have understood if my account was in arrears but is not.
