Friendly efficient and helpful

I went onto the CTM website and saw some tiles I liked but it was out of stock at the two CTM's closest to me. So I phoned the call centre and Jeanette was super helpful. She did all the calling to find out who could help me with the tiles and what extra costs are involved. She phoned me back in 5 minutes and even had some good alternative suggestions and gave a lot of helpful tips around buying the right tiles.

CTM, give this woman a raise!
