I bought my wedding rings this year January, the sale person at Greenstone mall opened an acount for me of which I was not told that its an RCS Card which I have to pay every month even thou I dont owe anything. two months back I was called by the call Centre agent informing me to pay R313.98 of which I paid, to close the acount and now I am recieving sms for the outstanding balance
I even went to the store to inform them to close the acount which they never did
