I had two unpaid debit orders and when I received money in my account R230 when I received money in my acount R230 was deducted as I am a student the acount is quite affordable, until I went inside the bank to inquire only to find out that standard bank charged me R115 per unpaid debit order, the lady at enquiries just said they should have explained to you, which they never did, I'm am apoled by the service and the fact that when I opened my account in parow the consultant never informed be about this as a student that is a lot of money for me. I'm very disapointed in standard bank I am going to close my acount. I really feel I should be reimbursed becuase if I had known they charge that rate I would not have taken the account or sign up with this bank, highly dissapointed in the service
