Bought a TV in February which went off within 7days. When i took back the TV, I was assisted with bad attitude by the store manager. Was given a new one after I had called Sansui myself. Now after 2 months, the 2nd TV is giving me the same problem as the first one. I went back to the store on Saturday and AGAIN was assisted by the store manager who was was sun bathing by the door and AGAIN with bad attitude. We argued right at the door because she wouldnt take the matter to her office and dealt with it privately. I honestly think she needs to go back and learn how to deal with customers.
