I have ordered 2 buffer servers on the 3rd of July and on the 7 I have recieved only 1.I contact the call center last week to check why my order was delivered separately as it was supposed to be in 1 order, the call center agent told me that I must pay for each parcel even though it was placed in 1 order. I told him that I only recieved 1 a week ago what about the other 1, he told me that I will recieve it shortly. Yesterday when I got home I recieved a statement from home choice for 2 buffer servers that I must pay this month end. How can I pay for something that I did not recieve and why is the statement including 2 buffers because the call centre agent told me that I will recieve 2 invoices because my order was done separetly so that they can bill me for courier of 2 items that was placed on the same day. Home Choice is a greedy company how can you deliver our goods separetly where as the order was done once why cant you dispatch and deliver all ordered items at once to avoid confussion.
