Over a week ago I went into digital experience to source some cables for a home entertainment system, left my details and have still not got a call or anything from them?
this is not the first time I have had bad service and or even complained about them, but they are definitely not the store they used to be, yes they have great equipment etc, but have no concern other than selling new complete systems, after sales service is a joke to them.
