Yesterday I bought a Sansui tablet on special. I asked the salesman a number of times if he is really sure this tablet supports a dongle. He aid yes, a number of times. I could not get his name as he was not wearing a name tag. I understand this now, because with his level of competence he probably gets reported frequently. When I got home, find that I was given wrong information again. (I have had numerous problems with this company of late). When I got back there and questioned the salesman, he perpetuated the "misinformation" saying that the problem was I have a Cell C dongle, but the Vodacom one actually works. Talk about insulting my intelligence. Wonder if he believes himself. This morning it took me more than 2 and a half hours to get my refund out of them. I do feel that Incredible Connection is doing themselves a huge injustice employing staff that are incompetent. I will certainly never support them again until they elct to employ competent, HONEST and decent staff as they did prior to 3 years ago
