How does one even begin to complain at someone that doesn't even exist. Like a religion i go twice a month and buy my Lancome facial cleanser and moisturizer. I spend well over R2000, 00 rand a month at Lancome, usually at clear water mall as well as Chanel because of the impeccable service which is no where near my house but i go because of that. Saturday i decide to try out sandton Edgars, i arrive there is no one there i look and ask no the lady is no where to be found. Some random person gives me my cream and sends me on my way. I go to the Chanel counter, they ring up my stuff and its the wrong one, i go back to lancome the lady from chanel looks in every draw cant find the products because the lady at Lancome is missing we both are looking like 2 lost souls, finally go back to Chanel it took 50 MINUTES to get one cream, finally out of frustration and lack of help and being treated like i don't matter i landed up buying a Chanel facial product and i have no choice but to dessert lancome because i am tired of being treated like this, please check your cameras of me wondering around and being treated like no one cares on saturday 13th of July more 2 this story DISGUSTED!!
