Taking "going the extra mile" to new heights

I lost my Sansui Charger and was desperately looking for a replacement but every store I contacted could not help me. I then went directly to Sansui where a gentleman by the name of Lenton from Stylco e-mail every store that stocks Sansui Tablets to find me a charger - he did not give up until he found Incredible Connection at Westrand Retail Crossing who advised that they could help. I went to the store and met the employees from Salvage @ Incredible Connection by the name of Terry Du Plessis, Wiseman Sibusiso and Judy who pulled out all the stops to help me even though the fault in losing my tablet charger was mine - they were under no obligation to help me at all. At the end of it I received a new charger plus a tablet to replace mine as they could not help me get the tablet charged. This is going over and above the call of duty - they had no obligation to help me and I thank all of them as well as Lenton from Styleco and Saville from the JD Group who never gave up trying to help me!
