As summer is on its way its that time of they year to get the aircon serviced. I called last week and the great lady that arranges the appointments (sorry I don't have her name) made sure she fitted me in on Monday.
That evening we had an error code come up so we phoned back on Wednesday and she promised a technician will be here on Friday before if they got a gap. And Friday they were here like clock work. Aircon working 100%
Lo and behold at 08h30 this morning do I not get a phone call to confirm that the aircon is working 100%
Well done and thank you to the Teds service department for Excellent customer service!!!
