I regularly buy books, CDs and DVDs from Kalahari. I'd like to give them a big thumbs up for an incredibly wide range of products and fantastic customer care. It's a pity more service providers did not take a leaf out of Kalahari's book. The customer care personnel are amazingly helpful, make a real effort to solve any problems, and make shopping with them easy and pleasurable. They get my vote every time. Keep up the good work.
