How am I supposed to know which half of my groceries you are going to supply?
You don't update the orders on the online system or inform me at all. I order R800 worth of groceries you deduct R400 but I can only know which half I'm getting once you've delivered?
Is your Woodmead shop half full or are your staff doing the shopping blind?
