The only thing more ridiculous than the Foschini automated call centre system is the response I received to my complaint regarding it. The customer service assistant who responded on the very day of my complaint (well done!) failed to get the point. The person who actually called me a couple of days later had no idea what the complaint was about (she obviously hadn't read it or been informed). She just wanted to know if anyone had contacted me telephonically. I said no. I haven't heard a word since (about 2 weeks).
