Doesnt respect custome

I was exchanging a skirt & the lady at the till gladly processed my purchases but the manager cynthia khumalo, asked me why i was not in a que, the cashier tried telling her that i am from the que.the manager started insulting that cashier infront of me & than cythia approved my tranaction by asking me questions so fast regarding my purchaces... she even wrote wrong information about me... she screams, yells infront of customers... that is totaly unacceptable
