Hello Peter. My name is Mariana and I bought a pair of boots in April from Poetry in Brooklyn Mall for R1199. The zip came undone at the seam due to faulty manufacturing. I took it back on 29/09/2013 in the origional packaging, but without the receipt. I did take a credit card statement with as a proof of purchase. The manager offered to reimburse me with a voucher, but only to the value of R699, which is currently the sale price, and not what I paid. She then offered to replace the boots, but only if she can source it from another shop. I am also concerned that it will have the same manufacturing fault.
