I haven't used my Truworths card for the past 2yrs and yesterday I decided to spoil myself and I regret each and every minute of it, it was the worst experience ever. I went to their shoe department and there was no one to help me and I decided to finalise my sale by going to the cashier's when I got there I advised the lady that I'm waiting for a pair shoes I asked my friend to look for someone that works in that department she shouted at me telling me that the rules of the store doesn't allow this I must wait aside until my friend finds someone there, I told her I have been waiting for about 20minutes there, the reason I came to her I thought she will do something about it since she's working for the store, I even mention the fact that I understand the rules of the store but the manor of which you are addressing them to me it's not right you don't give customer's attitude and tell them there's nothing you can do, eventually somebody help me because I was shouting, when I was about to make the payment she just walked away from me, she left me standing by her till they begged her to come back as if she was doing me a favour.
