Need assistance NO call - No payment quick call

I purchased a lounge suite last year from Lewis about 4 months after that the one foot broke when we turned the couch around we noticed that there was only 2 screws in it and was suppose to be 4 same with all the others it took them aleast a month after to many calls and scolding before someone finally came to have it fixed. In Feb 2013 I noticed the material was tearing and when I went into make the payment I spoke to Carmen and she advised she would pass the message on as the lady that deals with insurance is out of the store and this followed every month until the 8th August when I once again used my money and time to call Lewis and spoke to Michelle if im not mistaken who advised me she will send someone out to come and pick the one seater up but will not be able to do it the Friday as it was raining. Saturday the driver arrived remembering my home and the suite we bought explained that he needs to get a drill as the feet need to be removed in order to take it through the front door initially when they delivered the suite they had to take is through the back as it is quite big and the driver is aware of that as he mentioned it. Its been yet another week and no correspondence.
