Slow payer really

I write on behalf of my wife ; before you register your customers as slow payers with the credit bureaux I would suggest that you thoroughly scrutinise the payment history. If there is merit in what is said then by all means go ahead.
In this particular case, we have short paid by R250 . This is the first time and was due to unforeseen circumstances. We have always paid more than our minimum repayment. Don't worry I guess this is what happens when customers just become a number. I will settle in full month end, cut the card up and take my business elsewhere.
