FROM PRIMROSE AND MASTER MOVERS

I signed a contract with Primrose Transport mid Dec 2012. Since then Primrose merged with Master Movers in 2013.
1. I had 10 boxes delivered to CT mid June 2013: Winter clothes, art materials, toys. Having paid before delivery, found the main art materials were missing - roughly R7000 worth.
2. Following delivery of remaining bulk of goods from Jhb to CT on 27 Aug 2013 many items are /missing incl furniture, kitchen items, gas heaters, alcohol, art materials for work, garage tools, hi fi etc. About R15000 worth min. Note all my boxes have been unpacked.
3. Both deliveries had other surnames on my boxes crossed out with DAVIS written on.
4. Many items had brown tape removed and clear tape placed over.
5. I was not given an inventory copy for either delivery.
6. A bookcase was erroneously left with me, indicating mix-ups with other deliveries too.
7. I received conflicting accounts daily from Primrose and Master Movers.

I paid over R45000 for a service that has been so unprofessional and involved adding up to min R22000. I told Dickie Buys (Primrose) 5 days ago &Ivan Azer (Master Movers (CT) 3 days ago & have not heard back from either. Next step? SUE OR POLICE?
