Smartcard voucher not redeemed

I bought pnp no name fresh poultry and snacks the cashier could have made an honest mistake . but did not redeem the vouchers. as i brought it to her attention.i was more livid about the staff not calling the manager "Mrs Ackerman' ironically one of the staff came back to me to tell me that she's busy after 20 min plus .i left .i got the feeling that they the staff did NOT call the manager.
