I have phoned all the branches on the East Rand and they have no stock. When I called the main call centre I was told that there is no stock available and their next shipment will only arrive in South Africa sometime in September 2013.
As I now have a useless piece of equipment until then I'd like to mention that they have 2 possible problems -either their buyer hasn't done his/her job or their supplier/clearing agent are very slow. As I work in the clearing and forwarding industry, I know it certainly doesn't take 3 months to get a container deliver from where ever in the world.
I'd appreciate their comments as the last time I bought this product (about 4 months ago) I also had to chase around their branches.
