We often purchase KFC, as we work long hours. On at least 5 occasions over the past 2 weeks, we have been to the Vincent Park and Amalinda branches in East London, only to be told that they are out of stock on zinger wings on each occasion. Surely, the managers of these two branches should realize that these items are fast sellers and therefore order accordingly? It seems as though they wait for stock to run out before re-ordering. When I complained last night at the Amalinda branch about the fact that them and Vincent Park were out of stock, I was told 'Vincent Park has renovations.' What in the world do building renovations have to do with acceptable stock levels??? The person (s) responsible for ordering stock at these two branches need to catch a wake up, because Gonubie, Beacon Bay and Greenfields branches seldom, if ever, run out of stock, so they mustn't try to lay the blame on the suppliers in the East London area. Zingers are usually the main reason why we go to KFC, so when they are out of stock, they lose the entire sale from us (as well as from other potential clients, I would imagine). C'mon KFC, jack up the staff at these branches and teach them how to place orders...
