On the 30/06/2013 I purchased 2 iPads from Hi-Fi Corp intended as birthday gifts for my twins. As their birthdays was only the following Sunday, the boxes were only opened then. Upon opening we discovered that the one iPad had a broken LCD screen. I called the store and explained the situation to the lady there, without any hesitation she told me to bring it in and she would see what she could do. When we got to the store we were assisted by the manager Mr Brandon Dean who was very professional and helpful. He swapped the broken iPad without any hesitation. It was truly a pleasure dealing with him and the Cape Gate branch. I will certainly be back. Thank you Brandon!
