Me and my wife purchased 2 pregnancy tests from medirite checkers cape gate, almost 5 months ago. Both the tests were in their boxes - but had a broken seals, when we opened it, we could see the urine marks on it - meaning that it has been used. I contacted the store and spoke to a floor or some manager, who sended a courier to collect it from our home. Since then we haven't heard a single word from checkers. I was so disappointed in medirite and checkers and never since set a foot in their store/ chemist. Hope some-one can improve on the terrible service and issues which can be repeated if not addressed. Someone (emloyees, etc) should have used the tests and just placed it back in their boxes, for someone else to buy it.
