I went to highway spar with my 3 yr old son to buy rolls. Since they didnt have we left, on our way out my son's bag was searched and they found yoghurts and Niknaks that i bought from another spar. My bag was not searched, however i was asked for slip which i didnt have. We were taken to the manageress who asked for slip, i informed her i did'nt have slip i bought those during my lunch time. Furthermore the manageress asked me dont i know rules and regulations of the stores (which i find rude) as rules were not written anywhere on their store. I suggested they check their camera's instead of interogating me as this is very frustrating because i was using public transport and it was getting dark already. She then went and check camera's and never came back to apologise and this took an hour, my son and i got the last taxi home and on the way my son was crying because he passed his bathtime and he was hungry as well. This is very disturbing, humiliating, embarrassing, frustrating and unacceptable not because there were people walking around the store, but to my son as well who already knew i was being checked for. Got no apology for time waisted from manageress
