I bought food at KFC and when to sit down to eat. During this time the floor of the store is mopped. I stood up and slipped on the wet floor. When I slipped I hurt my ankle and wrist.
How can a store mop the entire floor at once while there are customers?
Why was the only sign they had placed at the door?
Why can't they mop the floor a section at a time like chekkers or spar???
I work for myself and if I don't work I don't get paid. I can barely stand on my leg. The DR. booked me off for a few days. How will feed my kids (4year old and 7 month old). Who is going to pay for this now??
The area manager phoned me and said I must send a letter and explain what happened. I did this and no reply!!! Do we as customers haveto worry of our safety when we walk into a KFC???
