Yesterday my mother went to Checkers Cobble Walk to buy electricity and get food. As she was walking IN the store she slipped on a wet floor and fell, grabbing a wire rack standing there, but still falling. There was no Wet Floor sign, no one from the store came to her to find out if she was ok. She did hurt her ankle, but hopefully not too severly. I told her to phone today and let them know what was happening, but she has yet to hear from management. I am sure there are cameras to confirm this and should we not get any feedback or some sort of apology, we will take this further. The mere fact that she has yet to get feedback and that not one person in that shop came to help her is horrendous.
