20 October 2013. I walked into Pep Stores, at the Atlas Mall shopping centre, Finch Road, Benoni.
They were washing the floors, but had no sign boards or any notification that the floors were slippery. I of course avoided the area that they were cleaning and walked on the right through the clothing rack side. as I turned, I slipped and fell face first on the floor. I was in so much shock. I have bruised ribs, badly bruised knees and sore arms. I was in a lot of pain but eventually managed to get up and called the manager. I'm not sure if he saw what happened, but he was not very forthcoming and did not acknowledge me at all but rather went into his little office in the shop.
I want a formal apology as the treatment I received was unacceptable.
