Found a shoe but the size which i had to look for myself while the floor staff watched me confirmed it was the last pair however the shoe was damage slighty and my worry was with time the material will tear even more, i asked the floor assistant if she couldnt order another pair from another branch. she sent me to the cashier. the cashier said it was the only pair in the store, no smile no hello. i showed her the shoe and explained my concern she confirmed again that was the only pair she couldnt order, i asked her if she could not check with other branchers. she said only if they have then she can get me one. once again i asked her do i have to call them or can she check. she said she will check for me with a grin on her face not even a min a and she confrimed there was nothing at other branches. i dont belive her and her service was horrible... i wonder if it was there own shop or the area manger was there would that be the same service?
