January 2011, I bought a bed, contacted Wtb branch, Jabu, I reported it's sagging, Jan Albert from Middelburg came, inspected it, said I must get new bed, did not trust that bed, paid in R1696-00 for a 137cm OrthoTurn Free Base Set, 9 Feb 2012.
October I contacted Jabu, said there is a problem with this new bed, also sagging, I had to fax the documentation, I did, he reported it to the Rep.
Beginning November 2012, I received a call from a man regarding the complaint, and he said he would come see me middle November, he never showed. I phoned again, Jabu is not working at Wtb anymore, a lady requested that I fax everything again, no one showed or phoned, phoned again in January and she said they should have told me that the factory closed for December holidays, she promised to see to the matter, no one contacted me. I phoned 0117692360, they gave me Jan Albert's number, he referred me to Vaughn Stevens, he promised to see me the next week, NO ONE SHOWED, I phoned Jhb again, the lady promised to call me back, NO RESPONSE!!! I thought that Mr. Stevens seems to be the culprit, but even the lady at the Bed Shop head office promised to phone me, she didn't!! PLEASE HELP ME!!!
