No delivery on repai

Took my broken Cobra S9 5 iron for repair to The Pro Shop Woodmead on 19 December 2012. The agreed date of collection was 14 January 2013. The staff at The Pro Shop indicated that I will be contacted when the club is repaired. I was not contacted on the agreed date. I then phoned The Pro Shop to enquire. No one could assist me and promised to call me back. No one returned my call. I then visited the Pro Shop twice and left another 4 messages (none of which was returned). And still no one could assist in letting me know where the club is. I then AGAIN phoned the Pro Shop on the 18th of February. After which I was informed by Mbuso that a new club was obtained but was unsure of the location of the club. He promised that Mark will phone me the next morning, 19 February 2013. Still no returned call. I phoned AGAIN and was informed that both Mark and Mbuso called in sick. Still no club. Highly dissapointed in the service (NO SERVICE) of the Pro Shop Woodmead. No customer service at all!
