Acc not approve due to work convermation?

Dear Sir / Madam

On the 3 July 2013 i appllied for an acc via sms and received a response that a consultant will call me back shortly which never happen. I then phoned and spoke to Piere-John and Gabriel. I was ask to fill in a form B which i did. When i heard nothing again i phoned again and spoke to a manager named Anthea Sampson. On her advice i faxed cpoies of my 4 latest payslip and ID . Today i spoke to a supervisor named Ryan who told me that application was decline as my work cannot be confirmed. I explained to him that due to the work i do that everybody is on holiday. I told him also that i have provided the consultants with alternative numbers to confirm my employment. Today i provided Ryan with the phone number of the head office of my employer to confirm my employment. I have been working for the same employer since 1 August 1994. I find it so strange that 4 payslips are not enough to convince you of my employment and that no one of ackermans couls just call me to tell me that they cant confirm my employment and wether i have alternative numbers. They just decline. Like i said Ryan a supervisor of the call centre have the alternative or someone can call me,
