Bianca in Logistics assured me that i would receive the Gordon Ramsey cooking set within a week from 2013-02-13 - she never got back to me to inform me that the goods were no longer in stock! I also dealt with Bianca on 2013-02-22 and she failed to get back to me too.

After calling for the umpteenth time (2013-02-22), i managed to get hold of Maurisia who was most helpful. She changed the order to Carrol Boyes set and I received the goods with three days of speaking to her.

I am shocked at the fact that i did all the chasing and that no one called me to inform me that the goods were no longer in stock. I wonder what would have happened had i not called at all?

As a result, i am not sure whether i will recommend Groupon to other people, based on the lack of feedback from the CS department (Maurisia excluded).
