Shocking service from MTN

Have a brand new iPhone 5C given to me by my children. Require a Nano sim from MTN for this phone.
Have been to most of there shops in and around Cape Town, all are out of stock and no one knows when the stock is arriving and regrettably they cannot care either, promises made to call me back with information in this regard have been fruitless, no customer service at all. Emails sent have not been answered, there customer care no 173 were hopeless and just passed the buck The worst service I have ever encountered in SA .
I have been a client of MTN for many years on prepaid as well as using there data on my present mobile.
