I called up the Cape Town branch a week or so ago asking about a microwave rack that is on the website. I was told that there was stock and the approximate price of the item. I then drive to the store today and am told that they have not sold the item for a very long time. Which means I was to, no two ways about it. I understand that all phone calls are recorded and Ellies can contact me via email to get the number that I used to call in order to verify what I am saying.
Also why have product on the site that you no longer stock?
