Incredible Connection
Second digital photo frame, not working

I bought a digital photo frame about 2 months ago, when I got home and plugged the thing in, it did not work.
Returned it the following day and sorted out.

Bought another photo frame 28 June 2013, this time it worked, for 8 days, now the screen is all up.
Whats going on with the products?
Going to cancel my card and simply not buy anything from Incredible Connection anymore, the last few months I've spend a small fortune there, will rather buy products I can trust from another company.
